  1. 14.7 million people are unemployed. Thats a huge number. All different kinds of people of all different races and genders and having to deal with unemployment. That makes every very worried about their family and if they will be able to make it. 7 and 1/2 are on governemnt disability. And now in these times these peopleare even looking for jobs. Which arent even counted on the unemployment count.People on disability is largely reflected on age. 10,000 baby boomers turn 50 every day, Which is a huge number that will now be on disability and out of work which would add to the unemployment rate. 80 percent of past criminals are unemployed. Obama said that he is now worried and dissapointed to see how many people are unemployed and worried about the families who are worried about whether they will lose thier job and source of income next. There are alot of losses in construction becasue of the housing market. Even federal government jobs are being lost. The only jobs not having a ton of losses are in education and medical. The unemployment rate for men is over 2 percent worst that women. They are now saying this this recession is now on its way to be as worse if not worse than the great depression, which is a very scary thing to think about. A recovery does not look to be in the near future for unemployment rates.
